Meanwhile, AAP minister Atishi termed the ordinance as an try to unconstitutionally snatch the powers given to the Delhi authorities by the Constitution bench of the Supreme Court on May 11.

Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva requested why the CM was “getting nervous” when he was on the helm of the Authority. “It seems Kejriwal knows the arbitrary decisions he wants to take are not possible while the officers are present in the administrative authority,” he alleged.
