This is exactly the problem that concerns many patients. While they are absolutely required to wear masks themselves, they see nurses, doctors and other employees who don’t seem to care about the rules.

Staff members are spotted in the coffee shops without masks and failing to keep their distance. People at hospital reception desks are often unmasked, although they greet patients all day long. Unmasked staff routinely walk past or work near patient waiting areas.
