A robust earthquake struck off the coast of Taiwan, rocking the island and shaking buildings off their foundations within the metropolis of Hualien. Local media reported individuals have been trapped in buildings within the evenly populated city, whereas video confirmed the quake shaking buildings within the Taiwan’s capital Taipei.
