New Delhi, Aug 23 (UNI) Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered a case towards the then Superintendent of Customs, Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House (JNCH) in Maharashtra and others together with two non-public firms primarily based at Goregaon in Thane for alleged redemption of penalty imposed towards two payments.

According to the CBI assertion, a joint shock test was earlier performed within the Bond Section, JNCH by probe company together with officers of JNCH.
