Every youth athlete in Campbell County needs a physical to participate in sports and many other activities this fall.
Five Campbell County Health clinics offer sports screenings for $40, including:

Choose an option that’s convenient for you! Student athletes entering grades 7 – 12 in the 2020-21 school year are asked to wear gym shorts and a T-shirt for their screening.
