In the decider, the Cougars edged the Teutons, 25-21.
Again CCS went three sets on Saturday, but this time the Cougars were on the wrong end of the final score. CCS lost a contested first set, 26-24, but battled back to win the second set, 25-14. Moundridge won the deciding third set, 25-18, to win the match.
Moundridge defeated Inman to finish 2-0 on the day.
CCS is back in action on Tuesday in the Cougars’ home opener. CCS will host the Wichita Warriors and the Elyria Christian School Eagles.
