GUWAHATI: The Union Ministry of Home Affairs on September 30 issued a fresh set of guidelines for Unlock 5, to come in effect from October 1. 

As per guidelines, “entertainment parks and similar places will be permitted to open” from October 15. 

Further, business to business (b2b) exhibitions have also been allowed to open from October 15. Swimming pools used for training of sportspersons and cinema halls across India have also been allowed to reopen.  

However, all these activities would be allowed only outside of containment zones.
