According to Okay P S Malhotra, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Crime Branch, within the first incident, particular inputs have been acquired on May 25 concerning drug peddling by Ankush.
“Thereafter, a trap was laid near main Keshav Nagar and he was arrested. A total of 505 grams of fine quality heroin was seized from his possession,” stated the DCP.
“During interrogation, Ankush revealed that his father was involved in sale of illicit liquor. His mother was also previously involved in drug trafficking,” stated the DCP including that he used to acquire the medicine from Sultanpuri.
In one other operation on May 27, appearing on a tip-off, a lure was laid close to energy home, Dabri Mahavir Enclave. The Nigerian nationwide and Sanjay have been held from the spot, stated the DCP.
Three kilograms of heroine was seized from the duo’s possession. Anthony was the mastermind of the syndicate.
