MIDDLETON, Wis. — Dane County Executive Joe Parisi holds ribbon-cutting on technology that turns local cow manure into drinkable water. The effort is first of its kind in the nation, according to Parisi’s office.

CEO at AQUA Innovations John Sorenson, representatives from the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, and local dairy producers will also take part.
