While the top of the 12 months means trip and day without work for a lot of, rising pop artist Michelle Lambert is simply getting began.

With a brand new album within the works and an expansive tour slated for subsequent 12 months, the “Come to Me” singer can be busy juggling the studio and the stage within the coming weeks.

Just days after recording her new single, “To The West Coast,” Lambert will take the stage in downtown Benicia Dec. 23 for her free Holiday Show at The Beer Garden Stage. Bringing the perfect of her stay present, Lambert will combine in a wide range of Christmas classics and name and responses in addition to her new originals.

“Benicia is such a fun show to perform, one of my favorites,” the California born-and-raised artist stated in anticipation of the occasion. “The show is as much a festive celebration as it is a culmination of Lambert’s accomplishments, offering audiences a look at what’s ahead.”

Growing up in Covelo, a small city in Mendocino County, Lambert stated they didn’t have stoplights, quick meals or different chain institutions. However, the neighborhood had one factor others didn’t, and it proved to be the begin to Lambert’s success. A music trainer who attended Juilliard provided youngsters like Lambert the distinctive alternative to study from knowledgeable.

At the age of three, Lambert began violin classes with piano following shortly after. And identical to that, Lambert’s musical profession was set in movement.

“When I hit teenage-hood I got into writing music and shifted more from classical to pop,” Lambert stated, citing a spread of early influences from Red Hot Chili Peppers to The Cranberries.

“It’s like a second language for me,” she stated. “It’s easy to plug in a violin and use that as a voice to speak through musically.”

From a younger age, Lambert knew she needed to make music that made others really feel the way in which it made her really feel.
