Idli is among the most beloved South Indian delicacies. It is a kind of a savoury rice cake constituted of fermented rice and lentil batter. Popularly eaten for breakfast, idli tastes greatest when paired with piping scorching sambar and coconut chutney. An image of the weird meals was shared on Twitter by an account referred to as @VisitUdupi. In the photograph, you’ll be able to see idlis which can be carved within the form of a kulfi. They have a stick hooked up to them, identical to an ice cream. These savoury rice truffles can be dipped into the sambar that’s stored alongside. “Kulfi Idli,” learn the caption of the tweet.
