“Not only my wife, but people clicked pictures with me as well. These people had come with the organisers of River March. Merely because pictures are clicked does not mean we are associated with those people,” he said at a press conference at his residence on Monday.
“Malik’s son-in-law was caught with drugs. This has happened in his house. Malik had said that the entire BJP is associated with the drug mafia. By that logic, does that mean the entire NCP is a drug mafia? To release a picture of my wife shows his mentality,” he said.
Fadnavis said he would send all the proofs of Malik’s association with the underworld to NCP chief Sharad Pawar.
The Opposition leader said he does not live in a glasshouse.
“Malik has dropped a lavangi phataka I, I shall drop a bomb,” he warned.
