According to reviews, accused Devender had a verbal duel along with his spouse after she objected to his ingesting behavior in Kaderghar village, located in Bhawan police circle space, Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday night.

His spouse Renu was carrying the kid in her lap when he beat her with a stick. In the method, he additionally beat up the toddler, who succumbed to his accidents.

SHO Prabhakar Kantura mentioned that on Renu’s police grievance, a case beneath Section 304 (culpable murder not amounting to homicide) beneath the Indian Penal Code was lodged towards Devender, who’s absconding.
