Thiruvananthapuram: A employee of the GV Raja Sports School here has levelled harassment allegations against the principal-in-charge of the school. In her complaint, the Delhi native woman alleged that she faced mental harassment from principal CS Pradeep after she opposed his indecent behaviour towards her. The woman told Mathrubhumi.com that she wanted justice.

The complainant alleged that she had to face indecent behavior from the prinicpal through telephonic conversations. “I started working here in March 2021. He has been misbehaving with me since April 2021. Once I objected to this, he started mentally disturbing me in many ways in the workplace,” she said.

The women lodged a complaint on November 1, but the accused continues to be the principal-in-charge of the school. The complainant told Mathrubhumi.com that it is frightening to have to work again under him.

“It is frightening to be in such a situation without even knowing the language. We are moving forward in the hope that the police will take action,” she said.

Earlier, CS Pradeep was transferred from the school following an incident of food poisoning. However, he was later reappointed to the school as principal.

The complainant has registered a complaint at Aruvikkara police station and had forwarded a complaint to the Sports Minister and the Directorate of Sports.
