Amid allegations of the movie misrepresenting details and hurting spiritual sentiments, enterprise for Adipurush has quickly fallen on the field workplace. Makers have now introduced slashed ticket costs for Adipurush throughout theatre chains. Experts opine why.

Adipurush tickets have been slashed for a number of causes

According to Johar, the third is to target the audience who are in two minds to watch the film or not. “They may be inclined but because they have heard certain notions about the film, they are unsure. Once the ticket prices are slashed, their interest is piqued,” he opined.

Pricing is dynamic

Film exhibitor and industry expert Akshaye Rathi revealed that pricing of any film is absolutely dynamic and has a lot to do with demand and supply. He went on to add, “ I really think that slashing ticket prices is a welcome move to try and see if more people can come to movie and generate more interest among movie goers across the country to visit theatres to watch the film.”

He further opined, “With this move, more people can be incentivised into seeing the movie, especially after the dialogues that seemed objectionable have been changed. It could benefit the film. I really hope the people across India respond to it well.”
