In his own words:
This summer I participated in a cadet wing internship with Dallas Children’s hospital. I worked with their data analytics team alongside another cadet, Stephen Kimatian. Together, we worked on a project in which we analyzed data from the past to determine/predict the effects of COVID-19 has had on waiting times in the hospital.
I hope to be an operations research analyst, which entails graduate school upon USAFA graduation.
Through the pandemic, I have learned not to take family and the people close to me for granted. That said, the bonds with the various important people in my life have gotten exponentially stronger.
2019 – Played in 12 games, starting one … first-career start came vs. New Mexico … had one solo stop each vs. Utah State and Colorado State.
2018 – Played in five games … was not credited with any statistics.
2017 – Did not see any varsity action.
High School – Lettered in football … high school football coach was Brent Whitson.
Personal – Son of Samuel Palm and Elizabeth Turner … has a twin brother, Elijah, who was on the football team his first two years … majoring in management … completed Operations Air Force and was on the cadet cadre for Basic Cadet Training in the summer of 2019.
