Cadet Squadron 33
In his words:
“This summer I worked Basic Cadet Training out in Jacks Valley on the confidence course while simultaneously holding a position as my squadron’s Honor Officer. I had a great time working with most of the soccer players and being able to work BCT for the class of 24.”
“Following graduation I am hoping to become a Security Forces Officer and see where the career takes me. I don’t have a plan set in stone but am excited for the future.”
“Having the ability to adapt quickly with constant change has been something I have learned over the last five months. Life changes, plans change, school changes, etc. I have just been rolling with punches as they come, trying to find a silver lining in everything. One thing I have focused on is seeing the big picture and not being caught up in the chaos. Continuing to work towards my goals and being the best possible teammate and cadet I can be. We need each other during these times and I have learned to lean on others for support and vice versa.”
“I would like to give a shout out to every member of the men’s soccer team from the players, to the coaches, to the training staff, and to the managers. Your work– not only during this time, but everyday, has not gone unnoticed. I am beyond grateful for everyone and the experience they have given me. A personal thanks to all the teachers and PP at USAFA working tirelessly to make our education a priority and our ever-changing experience great. Lastly, to my family, thank you for the constant love and support both at home and at school.”
