HEAVY DAMAGE was reported following a significant fireplace in a rooftop restaurant in a industrial constructing in Lulla Nagar of town space on Tuesday morning. Fire Brigade officers stated the firefighting equipment, together with the extinguishers and sprinklers on the institution, weren’t working.
Around 8.15 am, the fireplace was reported at Vegeta restaurant on the seventh flooring of Marvel Vista industrial constructing. Six fireplace tenders from Pune Fire Brigade’s Kondhwa, and Gangadham fireplace stations had been deployed for operations together with an extra fireplace tender from the Pune Metropolitan Regional Development Authority.

Firefighters broke open the door of the restaurant and took out as many as eight cooking fuel cylinders from there. “The fire was brought under control around 9.15 am. No casualties were reported as the restaurant was closed at the time of the fire,” stated Fire Station Officer Sameer Shaikh.
