French President Emmanuel Macron has been in China assembly with Xi Jinping and “kissing his ass,” Donald Trump mentioned Tuesday.

In a rambling interview, the Republican Party’s presumptive presidential nominee mentioned the United States had misplaced affect on the planet since he left workplace.
