If you are someone who loves eating out, I am sure you would have the urge to order various things from the menu. However, ordering different items can be too much for a person to digest, and let’s agree, it can be expensive too. So, how to relish various tastes at one time? Well, the answer is simple- go to buffets! Buffets give you a much more variety and a taste you will never forget. And, if you plan to go to a buffet, you cannot miss out on the all-new menu of Novotel’s Food Exchange.
Nestled in the heart of Aerocity, Food Exchange is a brilliant space to spend time with your loved ones. You will be welcomed with a brightly lit ambiance and a polite staff, and trust us, the aroma of the food will be enough to entice you! Recently, the Food Exchange gave its menu a new look. You can easily find Indian, Chinese, Thai, Italian, and so much more on their menu that you will be left spoilt for choice. Recently, we visited the place ourselves, and all we have to say is that their food is simply delicious!

We started our course with starters. They had a range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian items. Their crispy matar tikkis and chilli paneer are a delight for vegetarians, and non-vegetarians must try the crispy chilli chicken and momos!
Other than these starters, we highly recommend you try out their roasted vegetable couscous salad and crispy bacon with corn salad. Both salads have a mild and refreshing taste that is perfect to relish before a heavy meal.
Now, moving on to the main course, you will find various cuisines, as we said earlier. For Indian cuisine, the star of all the dishes was a simple home-cooked dal! Now we know that a yellow dal dish may not excite you, but you are in for a surprise with this one! The chef freshly prepares the dal in front of you. It has the perfect mix of spice, tadka, and comfort that a person craves from time to time. Other than this, you should surely try their chicken biryani and hari mirchi paneer! For other cuisines, their simple margarita pizza, yellow Thai curry, Mushroom fried rice, roasted chicken, and vegetable stir-fry will leave you drooling at the sight of it.
As much as all these dishes look and sound yummy, we will ask you not to stuff your stomachs entirely yet. Because once you look at their dessert bar, you would wish to relish every sweet thing on it! If you are a chocolate lover, have their rich chocolate pastry and coffee supreme. If you crave something more, then their berry pudding and mango cake are also fantastic! And if you don’t wish to have anything heavy, you can simply indulge in their freshly made in-house gelatos! Sounds like a treat, right?

Well, if you think this is all the menu offers, you should re-think it. They also have live counters of chaat pakoris and gol gappas along with live pasta!
Overall, if we had to give a rating to Food Exchange’s new menu- it would be a 10/10 for us! If you are looking for a place to take out your family or treat your friends, then this buffet is worth every penny.
