2. Batata Vada
Any potato lovers? Batata Vada is for you. Mashed masaledar potatoes are coated in a thick besan batter and deep fried till golden. Serve it hot with mint chutney.
Main Course
Coming to the main course, we have the ever-delicious Misal Pav. Misal is a spicy curry usually made from moth beans and an array of spices. The final dish is topped with farsan or sev, onions, lemon and freshly chopped coriander leaves.
