Jared Noe, owner and GM of The State Theater of Havre de Grace, has been hosting virtual events and concerts at the venue during the COVID-19 shut down. On Friday, The State Theater will open with a double feature as entertainment venues in Harford County beginning to hold events indoors as Maryland continues to ease restrictions on gatherings during the pandemic.
