EXCLUSIVE: Hot Wheels producer Kickstart Entertainment has snapped up a Cartoon Network Studios exec to run its children and household growth slate in LA.

Nicole Rivera will construct and handle a slate that includes the likes of Hot Wheels Monster Trucks, American Girl and Angry Birds: Summer Madness. She is tasked with creating animated and live-action tasks whereas figuring out worldwide co-pro partnerships.

Based out of LA, Rivera joins as Kickstart turns 25, and she or he is one in all a spate of current hires together with Global Head of Production Susan Corbin.

Rivera beforehand spent a number of years at Cartoon Network Studios, the place she was most not too long ago Vice President of Development, working to determine and shepherd new animated collection together with The Invincible Fight Girl and Jessica’s Big Little World. Her earlier roles at Cartoon Network included time on the Content Acquisitions crew and as Manager of Current Series, overseeing the likes of Steven Universe, Clarence and the reimagined The Powerpuff Girls.
