To begin with, take a large mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and water. Mix until you get the desired consistency.
Now dip hard-boiled eggs into the batter and keep aside for a few minutes.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Add the coated eggs and fry for 10-12 minutes. Take them out and pat with tissues to remove extra oil.
