This recipe is called protein-rich soya pizza. As the name suggests, this pizza is made with the toppings of soya granules (of course) whereas the base is made up of whole wheat. You can even use your leftover roti or chapati to prepare this dish. So, without any further ado, let’s get into the recipe.
Protein-Rich Soya Pizza: How To Make Protein-Rich Soya Pizza
- To begin with the recipe, knead dough by mixing ragi and whole wheat flour. Keep aside for 20-30 minutes. Once done, take a small portion out of it, roll and cook on tawa (just like roti) or you can use leftover roti also.
- The second step is to spread pizza sauce on top of the roti, add stir fry soya chunks, capsicum, onion and scrambled paneer.
- Add the seasonings along with cheese.
- Now, preheat the oven to the maximum temperature your oven allows. Transfer the pizza and let it cook.
