Hrithik Roshan shared a social media post after watching Laal Singh Chaddha on Saturday. The actor, in his short message, called the film “magnificent” besides the “pluses and the minuses” of it. “It’s beautiful. Just beautiful,” he summarized his watch. “Just watched LAAL SINGH CHADDA. I felt the HEART of this movie. Pluses and minuses aside, this movie is just magnificent. Don’t miss this gem guys ! Go ! Go now . Watch it. It’s beautiful. Just beautiful,” he wrote. Laal Singh Chaddha stars Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Mona Singh and Naga Chaitanya.
Kareena Kapoor shared Hrithik’s Instagram post about the film and commented on it with folded hands, clap and angelic smile emoticons.

Directed by Advait Chandan, the film is an Indian adaptation of the 1994 Academy Award-winning film, Forrest Gump starring Tom Hanks. It had released across theatres on August 11. Kareena shared a behind-the-scenes post with Aamir and director Advait Chandan and revealed, in the caption, that she was pregnant at the time. Her caption read: “Aamir, Advait, Me and Jeh Baba…Thank you for the memories… Rupa and Lal Forever. Laal Singh Chaddha today…”
The official page of The Academy gave a special mention to Laal Singh Chaddha with a montage of shots from both Aamir’s film and Forrest Gump. The caption read: “Robert Zemeckis and Eric Roth’s sweeping story of a man who changes the world with simple kindness receives an Indian adaptation in Advait Chandan and Atul Kulkarni’s Laal Singh Chaddha starring Aamir Khan in the title role made famous by Tom Hanks.”
Meanwhile, Hrithik Roshan has a few projects in the line-up. He will star in Vikram Vedha with Saif Ali Khan. He will also feature in Fighter with Deepika Padukone.
