SEOUL, South Korea — Hundreds of South Koreans have been pressured to flee a wildfire fueled by robust winds that burned components of an japanese coastal metropolis Tuesday, destroying dozens of houses.

More than 700 firefighters and 300 autos have been dispatched to battle the fireplace that began on a mountain in a central a part of Gangneung, in line with the Gangwon Province Governor Kim Jin-tae and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
