Toronto Police have released images of a man wanted in the alleged sexual assault of a woman more than two years ago in the Entertainment District.

Police say on Monday, Sept. 3, 2018, a man and woman were at a bar in Wellington and Bathurst Sts. area.

The 21-year-old woman was offered a ride home by the man in a newer white or silver Hyundai car between 3:15 a.m. and 4 a.m.

Cops allege she was sexually assaulted in the vehicle.

In a press release on Monday, police say this “has been an ongoing and active investigation and officers have established a suspect they want to identify.”

The man is described as Black, in his early to mid-30s, six-foot, with a medium build, short black hair and black facial hair.

He was wearing a black long-sleeve button-up shirt with small writing in white or silver on the left chest and a large logo on the back in white or silver, black jeans, a black baseball hat, and black shoes with a white sole.
