Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited informed the exchanges Tuesday that the Board of Director of the Company by way of a Resolution passed by way of Circulation on October 19, 2021, appointed Suresh Bharathwaj (holding Director Identification Number), as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent) of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f. October 18, 2021, subject to the approval of the Shareholders to be availed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act and the Listing Regulations.

Briefing about his profile, company said, Suresh Bharthwaj, aged 56 years, holds a bachelors’ degree in Commerce and he is also a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 27 years of experience in financing and accounting field. Suresh is a Senior Finance and Accounts Professional with a rich and diverse experience across sectors with experience in multinational companies and large Indian Corporations. He has held various senior management positions in companies like Kores, Carrier, ILFS Educations, L& T Finance, Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group, Go Airlines, Renuka Sugars etc.
