Imagicaaworld Entertainment Ltd has inform that on October 18, 2021, the Company has received permission to open its Theme Park from the Government of Maharashtra. The Theme Park will be opened as per the SOPs and guidelines specifically issued by the government while the Water Park will however remain non-operational until further intimation.

The Company shall continue to deliver services in line with its vision of “Best in class entertainment for delightful memories in clean, safe and happy environment”. The Theme park will be strictly operated as per the said SOPs, said company in a regulatory filing.

The Company stands committed to ensuring safety of guests as well as employees. “In addition, we have also put certain technological initiatives which allow contactless payments, Virtual Queuing measures to minimize contact”, it added.

As per the filing, revenue loss for the relevant accounting period (April 2021 to September 2021) is around Rs8900 Lakhs approximately as Parks had been ordered to be kept closed upon emergence of the 2nd wave of Covid pandemic at end of March 2021.

At around 10 AM, Imagicaaworld was trading at Rs14.12 per piece higher by 4.83% on the BSE.
