Moradabad (Uttar Pradesh): A Dalit father-son duo have been allegedly overwhelmed to loss of life by their neighbours over a property dispute in Hanuman Nagar locality in Moradabad on Saturday.

The deceased have been recognized as Kishan Lal (52), and his son Rajesh (22).

The father’s physique was discovered inside the home, whereas the son’s physique was discovered about 200 metres away from the home.

According to police, 10 to fifteen individuals barged into the victims’ home and attacked the relations, killing the daddy and son on the spot.

Two of the accused have been arrested on this connection. The our bodies have been despatched for submit mortem and the report is awaited.

In her criticism, Kishan Lal’s daughter Gudiya, mentioned that neighbours used to struggle along with her household over a property dispute.

On Saturday, a mob of 10 to fifteen individuals barged into her home and attacked her brother Rajesh, who was mentally unstable, and her father, who was unwell.

Majhola police station SHO Rakesh Kumar Singh mentioned, “The accused had fled the spot before police reached there. The bodies have been sent for post mortem.”

Moradabad superintendent of police (SP) Amit Anand mentioned, “The father-son duo died after they have been repeatedly attacked with bricks. An FIR has been registered beneath part 304 (punishable for culpable murder not amounting to homicide) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and related sections of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Police have arrested two accused, Moti Ram and Sanjay, whereas a hunt has been launched for the opposite accused.
