Ingredients:

-Yogurt- 1 1/2 cup

Shrikhand– 1 cup

-Powdered Sugar- 2 tablespoons

-Green cardamom powder- 1 tsp

-Buttermilk- 1 1/2 cup

-A pinch of salt

-A pinch of saffron

-Mixed chopped nuts of your choice- 1 tablespoon

Method:

1. Take shrikhand, yogurt, cardamom powder and buttermilk in a blender. Blend well.

2. Add sugar and salt, blend again.

3. Top it with saffron nuts, keep it in the refrigerator to set for about 3 hours.

4. Serve chilled.
