The sixth flight carrying 143 residents together with two Nepalese nationals flew out of Israel underneath India’s ‘Operation Ajay’. External affairs minister S Jaishankar took to social media platform X to share an image of the passengers on board the plane.In a video shared by information company PTI, the passengers had been seen waving the tricolour on board the plane. On October 17, the fifth flight carrying 286 passengers together with 18 Nepalese residents had flown out of Israel which is within the midst of a fierce warfare with Palestine.

On October 11, the Indian authorities had launched ‘Operation Ajay’ to facilitate the return of Indian nationals from war-torn Israel.
