The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday declared the Toshakhana case towards the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman inadmissible, ARY News reported.
IHC Chief Justice Aamer Farooq introduced the decision on a petition filed by the previous premier towards the choice of a trial courtroom that had declared the prison case, filed by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), admissible.
