Must-Win Game For KKR!
Both the team lost their last matches, Kolkata Knight Riders lost against Punjab Kings in a close-encounter while SunRisers Hyderabad saw a 6-wicket loss vs Chennai Super Kings where MS Dhoni’s last-ball six made the headlines. They both faced batting failures as their middle-order hasn’t done a lot since the season was resumed in the UAE. KKR skipper Eoin Morgan had a bad outing with the ball so far this season while SRH dropped their former skipper David Warner and roped in English opener Jason Roy in the squad who performed well against Rajasthan Royals. This is a must-win game for KKR looking at the playoff scenarios. SunRisers have nothing to lose as they are already out of the tournament but they will keep an eye on individual performances ahead of the mega auction next year.
