Alleging that Dubey’s “letter to the Lok Sabha Speaker cited (an) imaginative and concocted story”, Bhajantri wrote in response: “I am performing my duties faithfully following the Constitution…. He has alleged that the undersigned (Bhajantri) has abused the MPs on September 1…. On the contrary, on August 31, both MPs had flown off, post sunset, from Deoghar.”

He wrote that “no instance (of abuse) happened” on September1, which could be “clearly verified from CCTV footage of the Airport”. On the ATC incident, Bhajantri wrote that the “passengers” (Dubey and others) acquired in “the ATC room on August 31…such actions were breach of airport security standards”.
