The undertaking encompasses the design and implementation of a complicated cybersecurity system, together with the institution of a cyber safety and cybercrime prevention centre. Furthermore, the undertaking entails the institution of a Digital Threat Analytics Centre (DTAC) together with a Centre of Excellence (CoE). This setup will equip the forensic staff with cutting-edge instruments for deepfake detection, cell malware forensics, Internet of Things (IoT) investigation, and community forensics. Additionally, a Central Emergency Response Team (CERT) shall be shaped for incident response and investigation.
