Crispy Mango Chips Recipe –
Ingredients –
1 mango
1 lemon
Half tsp salt
Method –
Step 1 – Wash and peel the mango. Cut the flesh into thin slices.
Step 2 – Add the juice of one lemon in a glass of water, add salt and stir.
Step 3 – Put the mango slices in the glass and let them soak for about one hour.
Step 4 – Take out the mango slices and lay them on a dry towel or sheet.
Step 5 – Put the lemon-soaked mango slices out in the sun and let them dry until they turn crispy and flaky.
(Follow the same ratio of ingredients’ quantity to adjust to the number of mangoes you want to turn into chips.)
