A hostage state of affairs at a nightclub within the Netherlands has ended after police arrested a person carrying a balaclava when he left the premises. The man walked out of Petticoat nightclub earlier than being ordered by armed police to kneel along with his fingers on his head. He was handcuffed and led to a ready police automobile. Three hostages had been launched earlier and a fourth hostage was freed shortly afterwards
