Actor Manobala who handed away after battling liver-related illnesses in Chennai on Wednesday, had labored in three Malayalam movies in a profession spanning over 5 a long time. Having began off as an assistant director in Bharathiraja’s movie ‘Puthiya Vaarpugal’, he later went on to helm a number of movies and act in over 300 films. He made his debut in Malayalam with the movie ‘Jomonte Suvisheshangal’ directed by Sathyan Anthikad in 2017 and later went on to behave in two extra movies.

In ‘Jomonte Suvisheshngal’, Manobala performed Aishwarya Rajesh’s father Perumal. Though the movie had revolved round a father and son relationship (Mukesh and Dulquer Salmaan), Manobala’s portayal as Perumal was additionally appreciated.
