The Michigan Renaissance Festival is saddling up the iron horses during the next two weekends.

Taking at lead from the recent Jurassic Quest at the nearby DTE Energy Music Theatre, the annual celebration of knights and ladies, jousting, turkey legs, Scotch eggs and unicorn cake has shifted to a drive-through event on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 12-13, and Sept. 19-20 on the festival grounds at 12600 Dixie Highway, Holly.

In addition to sampling the foods, the drive-through Hollygrove will also feature entertainment and in-vehicle games such as scavenger hunts and trivia. COVID-19 pandemic precautions will be in effect.

Tickets are $20 per vehicle of up to four passengers and available only via MichRenFest.com. Information also available at 248-634-5552.
