At its July 17 assembly, the St. Clair Shores City Council unanimously accredited a web site plan to transform the industrial constructing to a combined use retail and residential facility.

The plan requires the primary flooring to accommodate combined retail and for the mezzanine and second story of the constructing to include seven two-bedroom residences and one single bed room condo in addition to a health middle and a space for storing for tenants.

The constructing facade can be slated for updates together with including home windows and altering the supplies used on the constructing’s exterior to create a extra up to date look total.
