Dozens of individuals have been reportedly killed after a strong 6.8 magnitude earthquake hit htbnewson Friday evening, native media reported.

Pan-Arab al-Arabiya information channel reported that 5 individuals had been killed from one household, citing unnamed native sources. The native Goud.ma information website reported as much as 50 individuals had died, citing unnamed officers within the earthquake-hit area.

Another report, citing native sources, claimed that a minimum of 27 individuals died within the area of the vacationer metropolis Marrakech, 320 kilometres south of capital Rabat, and 4 others within the province of Ouarzazate additional south.
