Quite a few homes within the small village of Krivtsovo close to Moscow have been on fireplace over an space of three,200 sq m (34,400 sq ft) early on Wednesday, Russia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations mentioned on the Telegram messaging app.
“Firefighters are making every effort to prevent further spread of fire to nearby houses and forest,” the ministry mentioned.
The reason behind the hearth was not instantly identified. The village, within the Solnechnogorsk administrative district, is about 80 km (50 miles) from the Kremlin.
