NEW DELHI, Dec 30 (Reuters) – India’s New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV.NS) stated on Friday its founders Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy had resigned as administrators after billionaire Gautam Adani’s conglomerate took majority management of the media firm.
