It’s oh-so-easy to be mesmerized by this spiral galaxy. Follow its clearly outlined arms, that are brimming with stars, to its heart, the place there could also be outdated star clusters and – typically – energetic supermassive black holes. NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope delivered extremely detailed scenes of this and different close by spiral galaxies in a mixture of near- and mid-infrared mild.
