Filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari took everyone by surprise with his recent social media posts, where he remembered actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Sharing a video, he wrote: You will be in our hearts forever! We miss you Sush.” Turns out the video was a BTS of ‘Chhichhore‘ and the filmmaker marked the first anniversary of the film by remembering its hero, who’s alleged to have died by suicide. The film’s heroine, Shraddha Kapoor also shared the video and wrote: “In loving memory..” with a heart emoji. ‘Chhichhore’ also featured actors like Varun Sharma, Naveen Pollishetty, Tushar Pandey and Pratiek Babbar among others.
The filmmaker in his interview stated that the late actor was like a younger brother to him and his wife, filmmaker Ashiwiny Iyer Tiwari. He recalled Sushant as being a person, who was full of life and excited about the projects he was doing.
Currently, Nitesh is busy working on many projects, including ‘Ramayana’ which are at different stages of filmmaking. However, he has also mastered a skill during the lockdown – and that is cooking. He said that the activity started as a necessity, but now he finds joy in making food, which includes dishes other than the Maggi noodles.
