All faculties in Noida and Greater Noida had been Thursday requested to carry courses on-line for college students as much as Class 8 until Tuesday amid alarming ranges of air pollution within the National Capital Region, based on an official order.

The faculties have additionally been advised to carry courses for college students of Class 9 to 12 on-line so far as potential, mentioned the order issued by Gautam Buddh Nagar’s District Inspector of Schools (DIOS) Dharmveer Singh.

Outdoor actions like sports activities or conferences will keep fully banned in all faculties, the order mentioned.

“All schools have been asked to move to online medium for teaching students up to Class 8. They have been asked to switch to the online mode for students of Class 9 to 12 also to the extent possible,” Mr Singh mentioned.

“However, no outdoor activities like sports in schools are allowed till November 8,” Mr Singh advised information company PTI.

Gautam Buddh Nagar has round 1,800 faculties together with greater schooling centres, unfold throughout Noida and Greater Noida, based on him.
