Pakistan election outcomes 2024 LIVE: Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s victory in Lahore’s NA-130 constituency has been challenged within the Lahore High Court (LHC), information company ANI reported.

• Nawaz Sharif, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo, emerged victorious within the NA-130 constituency throughout the current Pakistan normal elections. He secured a considerable victory with over 172,000 votes, defeating Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)-backed unbiased candidate Yasmin Rashid, who obtained over 113,000 votes.

• However, Sharif skilled a major setback within the NA-15 Mansehra constituency, the place he suffered defeat to unbiased candidate Shahzada Gastasap. Sharif garnered 63,054 votes, whereas Gastasap secured 74,713 votes, resulting in Sharif’s loss within the seat.
