PM Narendra Modi visits Radha Soami Satsang Beas, meets chief Gurinder Singh Dhillon : The Tribune India

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday visited Radha Soami Satsang at Beas in Amritsar and met its chief Gurinder Singh Dhillon.

Later, Modi went to the Dera neighborhood kitchen the place ladies followers have been making chapatis and chopping greens, the Dera officers stated.

The prime minister spent about an hour on the Radha Soami Satsang Beas (RSSB), they stated.

On Friday, Modi in a tweet had stated that he would have the honour of visiting RSSB.

“Under the leadership of Baba Gurinder Singh Dhillon Ji, the RSSB is at the forefront of numerous community service efforts,” Modi had stated in his tweet.

RSSB, often known as Dera Baba Jaimal Singh, is positioned in Beas city, practically 45 km from Amritsar metropolis. It has followers throughout the nation, particularly in Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh.

In February, the prime minister had met Dhillon in Delhi and in addition praised the religious organisation for its social service.

On Saturday, Modi can also be scheduled to deal with public conferences at Sundernagar and Solan in Himachal within the run-up to the November 12 Assembly polls there.
